Our clients wanted to create a space conducive for building community through fitness and we had fun with a full scale custom design for all spaces: fitness rooms, change rooms, back of house, entry and reception. Western Design + Build’s seriously stylish approach helps define its personality as trendy and sophisticated. A standout from stark gyms, Annex feels more like an active spa than a punishing workout.
The Grit: Working with a heritage building for fire ratings for an assembly occupancy can be problematic! We also built a ‘room within a room’ to ensure an acoustically sound spin cycle workout class space.
The Sparkle: We loved working with our amazing clients to bring their business dream to life – being part of that journey is incredibly rewarding.
